Vision Board Workshop

Join us at SimplyWell for a fun night of dreaming big and create your own Vision Board led by SimplyWell Staff Member, Vanessa Leszczynski BA, R.H.N.

**No Art Experience is Necessary!!**

Vision boarding is an inspiring & creative way to express (and discover) some of your deepest dreams and desires! Through the use of photographs and cutting out of various magazines, we capture pictures that pull at your heart strings and make you smile (without any judgement) and paste them onto a board that will contain all the images that bring you a feeling of joy and purpose. These boards may bring some awareness to your true nature regarding where your heart lies. They can also be used as goal setting boards and/or worked around a theme (career, personal, family) etc. Its worth noting too how interesting it is to make these boards, date them and later look back and notice how much of your life has included actual aspects that you have placed on your board from years passed! Very cool!

Tea and vegan snacks will be served.

All materials and supplies will be provided. Magazine donations are welcome. You may also choose to bring your own personal pictures or quotes that you would like to include on your own personal vision board.

Cost: $35 includes herbal tea & vegan snacks and all the supplies needed to create your own vision board to take home with you.

Date: Tuesday

Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm

This is a safe space to express yourself!

Her goal is to educate that removing animal products out of your diet is not enough for you to become healthy. Herbivores and carnivores alike need to be mindful of eating whole foods, not focusing so much on vegan vs. meat based. Think of the bigger picture, not your individual ingredients.

Summer Solstice Party

SimplyWell and Holistic Rain are hosting another Summer Solstice Celebration on Thursday, June 21st in Springer Market Square with all proceeds going to local charity, Peace In Minds!

The event was a huge success last year, and so was the Fall Equinox Charity Party last September. We had hundreds of yoga mats spread across the Square and the energy was incredible. The focus of the Full Moon Ceremony will be to harness the power of the moon and to release what no longer serves us. We start by talking about the moon phases and how we can utilize the powerful energies rather than suffer through emotional turmoil. For the Release Ceremony, we begin by answering questions like:

~ how do you want to FEEL in your life?
~ what do you want to STOP doing or feeling?
~ what do you want to RELEASE, so you can create space for all that is new and beautiful to manifest, ridding yourself of the blockages that are holding you back

Then we'll write our intentions - what we want to release - and burn it!

You will leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and ready to invite new experiences into your reality. Looking forward to seeing you there and sharing the beautiful energy this event inspires.

Autumn Equinox Party

Autumn Equinox Party

SimplyWell and Holistic Rain are hosting an Autumn Equinox Celebration on Friday, September 22nd in Market Square with all proceeds going to charity!

We’re excited to be giving back to the community while bringing people together to share in the beautiful Equinox energy. As we consciously link our awareness to nature's cycles, our understanding of our own cycles begin to deepen. The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year to honour the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path set earlier in the year.

Spiritually speaking, fall represents the Harvest time of year, a time to acknowledge abundance as our natural state of being. Our lives go through cycles of growth, harvest, death, and rebirth just as we see in nature.

We are all connected: people, the planet, and the sun. If we align ourselves with the power in others and in the natural forces around us, what we are unable to do on our own can be made to happen through the powerful energy of collective consciousness. That’s what this evening is all about.

Join us in the Square starting at 6pm for:

- a beautiful community Yoga session
- a sound bath! Magical singing bowls during yoga
- live music
- a community drum circle
- holistic health practitioners offering mini healing sessions
- SimplyWell will be offering healthy refreshments
- an Art Market with local, Equinox-inspired artists
- more to be announced soon!
