Simply Stress-Free (or at the very least Stress-Less)! is a workshop based on Natural Health Approaches to Stress Management led by Simply Well Staff Member, Vanessa Leszczynski BA, RHN.
In this workshop I will talk about some of the Natural Health Foundations that can help Manage our Stress Effectively. A small workbook will be included in the workshop if you would like to take notes during the course of the evening.
Topics that will be discussed:
-Nutrition Tips to Best Support the Body during Stressful Times
-The Use of Functional Mushrooms like Chaga, Reishi, Lion's Mane & Cordyceps (Sample a Mushroom Hot Cacao)!
-How Adaptogens and other Supplements Can Help
-Working with Bach Flower Essences and Rescue Remedy to Restore Balance Between Mind and Body
-Essential Oils and their Ability to Relax & Rejuvenate (You will take home your own mini custom blend)!

About the Speaker:
Vanessa works at SimplyWell and is the owner of Sparrow Song-Natural Treatments from a Holistic Perspective (www.sparrowsong.ca). She has a degree in Psychology from Trent University and graduated with merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She holds a Reiki Level II Certificate and has studied various modalities such as Aromatherapy, Herbal Studies, Crystal Energy Work and other Energy Medicine Techniques from the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training.
Vanessa has 10 years of experience working within Naturopathic Doctor's offices and consulting in health food stores in Vancouver, Toronto, Guelph & Kingston.
Her own health has improved dramatically since she started looking at her life from a holistic standpoint. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of natural health that she has acquired over the years and approaching health from a "one size does not fit all approach."
She loves being out in nature, seeing live music and discovering hidden gems on road trips near and far.
