Jehna Duncan, Owner
Certified Nutritionist & Reiki Practitioner

Jehna’s passion for health & wellness started during university where her health took a turn for the worse. Through holistic remedies, Jehna turned her life around and now devotes her career to helping others do the same.
Jehna has lead a plant based lifestyle for 8 years and loves sharing her passion for fruits & veggies with her clients. Creating a plant centred practice where veggies are the focus, not meat (optional), helps her clients become more mindful with their eating patterns as they experience quicker results. Jehna works with many clients who are new to plant based living and are seeking a proper guidelines as well as with clients on their meal planning, proper forms of detoxification and general nutrition goals.
As the owner of SimplyWell, it is important to Jehna to have her customers and clients in an  integrative setting where the client is able to leverage different modalities, supplements, treatments & more.
On her spare time, Jehna coaches a high school cheerleading team, is involved in multiple charities, plans community events and loves to unwind with her family, partner & Shorkie, Walter.

Kaytie Kampman, Owner (Kuvée), RPN & HydraFacial CEO Practitioner 

Kaytie graduated from St.Lawrence College as a Registered Practical Nurse in 2014. Her passion for nursing and health has extended into in-home care, her work at Providence Care and her two businesses, Kuvée Medical & Kuvée Beauty Bar. Now, her main focus is using her skills as a nurse to work with clients to give them radiant, youthful skin!
Kaytie’s goal is to achieve the best results for her patients. She works with each individual client and their skin care concerns differently. Helping her clients achieve their own ideal of beauty through their glowing complexion.
While working with Kaytie, you receive a specific protocol that aims to balance your gut, and immune system for a full skin analysis that brings you more knowledge to skin health.

Cheng Myers, Owner (Kuvée), Medical Aesthetician & HydraFacial Specialist

Cheng is a motivated entrepreneur with a focus on medical aesthetics. Getting her training in the medical aesthetics field, working in a medical spa in Toronto for years as well as being a personal trainer, she has acquired a sought-after skill set. Kaytie (Owner, Kuvée) and Cheng came together to form a partnership with the goal of bringing innovative technology to the Kingston community to create an environment for skin care that is unlike any other. Gaining experience in a medical spa in Toronto, Cheng is passionate about working with her clients on their skin care goals. She uses the many formulas of the HydraFacial machine coupled with other aesthetic techniques to individualize treatments. She loves seeing the excitement on her clients’ faces when they see the benefits and results of her skin care treatments. 
Outside of the world of skincare, Cheng loves spending time with her family and friends, keeping busy with her children and invests in the real estate market.

Jill has over 25 years of experience supporting patients in their recovery from illness and injury and helping clients create balance in their lives. Jill's clients report feeling energized and invigorated as a result of acupuncture.

She is the owner of Homemade Healthy, which specializes in holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, group programming and workshop services. The inspiration behind Homemade Healthy is Sue’s passion for educating as many people as possible about nutrition and how easy it can be to live a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing all the things you love. She believes that life is all about balance, and as long as you are equipped with the right knowledge of what your body needs, you can make healthy choices that work for you.

According to Sue, Holistic Nutrition is about so much more than weight loss. It's about finding what works for you and creating a lifestyle that is easy to follow, in-line with your beliefs, and not limiting or restricting in any way. Gentle, moderate and clarity classes have all been modified for the practitioner making the classes accessible and free from intimidation.
